Black Garlic

Recently I started consuming black garlic. I eat three or four cloves a day. They are so tasty and they make me feel good and that I'm doing something positive for me. Health. Here are some uses for black garlic :

The recommended amount of black garlic to eat per day is one to three cloves, or 3–5 grams. However, the amount you should eat may vary depending on your general health.

You can eat black garlic raw or use it in cooking. Some ways to eat black garlic include:

Topping: Use it as a topping for salads or pizza

Seasoning: Mix it with butter or vinegar and use it to season salads or steak

Dessert: Use it in desserts like pound cake, egg pudding, or choux pastry

Soup or stew: Use its distinctive taste and aroma to make soups, stews, or oriental curries

Condiment: Add it to condiments to enhance the taste and give it a sweet-savory flavor

Some say that eating black garlic on an empty stomach (before breakfast) is more beneficial. Black garlic is considered an energizing superfood, so eating it in the morning or before exercise can give you extra energy
